Noe’s Jewelry Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Noe’s Jewelry Engagement Ring Giveaway. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 2.2. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Noe’s Jewelry and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
3.1. The Contest ends at September 30th, 2024. 3.2. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Contest, participants must complete and submit the survey provided by Noe’s Jewelry during the Entry Period. 4.2. Each participant is limited to one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prize
5.1. One (1) winner will receive a $2,000 credit towards the purchase of an engagement ring at Noe’s Jewelry. 5.2. The Prize must be used within one (1) year from the date of winning. If not used within this period, the Prize will expire and be forfeited. 5.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 6.2. The drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period. 6.3. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey entry form. 6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first attempt to contact them, or if the winner fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Use of Personal Information
7.1. By entering the Contest, participants agree that Noe’s Jewelry may use their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize. 7.2. Participants also agree to receive communications from Noe’s Jewelry, including marketing and promotional materials, using the contact information provided in the survey entry form. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.
8. General Conditions
8.1. Noe’s Jewelry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. 8.2. Noe’s Jewelry is not responsible for any technical issues, human errors, or other problems that may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries. 8.3. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Noe’s Jewelry, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest or the awarding, receipt, or use of the Prize.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. 9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.
