My career in the jewelry industry began very early in life, being the third generation born into the business. I am a graduate of Harrisonville High School and have two years of formal education from Longview Community College. I then chose to follow in the footsteps of my Father and Grandfather, joining my Father’s business at age 20, in 1972.
In 1997, my wife Robin and I purchased a small jewelry business in Raymore, MO. and in 2010 we expanded our business by opening a second jewelry store in Lee’s Summit, MO. I now oversee the everyday operations of Noe’s Jewelry. I travel across the United States and abroad in search of special products for our clients. I go to places like Antwerp Belgium for diamonds, Italy for gold products and Idar Oberstein Germany for exquisite colored gemstones.
I find it very gratifying and exciting to meet new clients, develop relationships and provide them with memories that last through the ages.

Rochelle (aka "Rocci") - General Manager
I have been working as a member of the Noe's Jewelry family since August 2004, and have been in the jewelry industry since 1999. I started out working in a jewelry store while I was going to college and fell in love with the retail jewelry business. I have been fortunate enough to tend many jewelry-buying shows, and help hand select the pieces that go in to our store. Being able to do that alone is every girl's dream job. There is just something special about jewelry. It lasts forever. It is timeless.

My past experiences include engineering, marketing and sales in the manufacturing industry. Since joining Noe's in 2007, I’ve received certification as a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America. I’m a proud member of the Noe’s staff supporting the team in grading and appraising precious stones, sales, and repairs of the customer's jewelry.
Melissa
I earned a Bachelor-of-Arts degree from Kansas State University, and studied jewelry arts at California Institute of Jewelry Training. Since becoming a bench jeweler in 2004, I have worked on countless pieces of jewelry, from minor repairs to completely restoring family heirlooms. I most enjoy designing jewelry, and have been trained in Gemvision Matrix, as well as rendering designs by hand. I have been part of the Noe's Jewelry family since October 2007.
